I have seen absolutely no evidence of their memory care "program". They stopped providing my Mom physical therapy because she did not seem to progress which is a state violation of her rights. Tried to limit her family's visiting; also a violation of state nursing home law. Dishes, cups and mugs are consistently dirty with brown residue inside mugs. Administration doesn't seem to take action upon hearing concerns or complaints and have actually been very unprofessional and threatening towards family member.
